What Does "Trenchless" Repair Mean?

Trenchless refers to a repair method that does not require digging. When using our system we don’t have to dig up your garden, cut into concrete decks around the pool causing unsightly patches or structural concrete underneath the pool or spa. Our system is easy to apply, very fast and you don’t even have to drain a single drop of water out of your pool. The repair process is usually accomplished within one day.

The liquids in our system are 100% environmentally safe and made from common additives found mostly in the food industry. Our unique trenchless swimming pool repair system doesn’t effect the inside diameter of the pipes either. There is a reason why your pool contractor installed a 2inch pipe and not a 1 ¾ inch pipe.

How Does It Work?

We developed a unique system that allows us to repair your pool without even draining the water! The damaged pipe will be blocked on the side of the pump, special pipe plugs with hoses will be attached to the outlets in the pool and the pipe system will be flooded with two environmentally friendly liquids. The system forms a natural stone around the pipe as soon those two liquids meet with the soil. The repair is made to the outside of the pipe!

The Advantages:

  • Absolutely NO digging
  • NO concrete work
  • Work done in ONE day
  • No loss to the inside diameter of the pipe
  • No draining of the water

What Can Be Repaired In Pools:

  • Return Lines
  • Suction Lines - Skimmer, Main Drains and Additional Suction Lines
  • Spa and Stair Jets
  • In Floor Cleaning Systems
  • Vacuum Lines
  • Spas
  • Waterfalls

Fountains Material Stability POOL PIPE GROUT is resistant to substances like chloride that can occur in swimming pool pipe systems. The conglomerate that is formed by our process is similar to sandstone and does not contract after hardening. It does not dissolve, is stable in form and remains permanently environmentally neutral.
